I just wanted to write to beg you to reconsider and bring back your blog. We need your wisdom and brilliance, your insightful opinions filled with thorough analysis and self-reflective honesty. I honestly don't know how I will be able to continue to live my life without your incredible genius, your recommendations, and ideas about what music should be, what it should, what it must, say. I almost feel like I should kill myself without your guidance, and surely I must stop listening to music all together if I can't know your opinion about it. How will I know what is good and bad without you to tell me, Vincent? My black and white world is suddenly more varied in colour without your clear distinctions between good and bad, and now I am confused, thinking for myself...please please come back, tell me what folk reissues I should be listening to to stop myself from considering new possibilities and the idea that the world might not revolve around simple, clean, binary oppositions. Well, if you can hear me, please consider a return. The world, we all need your important voice, your courageous, lion-like presence, to help us make our future clear as it was in the past, when things were clean, simple, elegant, and well-ordered with clear architectures and structures that made themselves readable for every idiot.
